Accounting and ERP Integrations
Six accounting and ERP integrations for a manufacturing SaaS platform, built on Kotlin and Spring Boot services

- Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL
Problem
Customers of the platform keep their books in different accounting and ERP systems. I built integrations with six of them: QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero, Comatic, Bexio, and LexOffice. Each has its own API, its own auth model, and its own idea of what an invoice, a customer, and an account look like.
Constraints
- Existing stack. The work lives in Kotlin and Spring Boot services on PostgreSQL.
- Real customers, real money. These systems hold enterprise customers' financial records. An error lands in someone's books, not just on a screen.

LexOffice
Platform services on PostgreSQL reach six external accounting systems through an integration layer.
Results
- Built six accounting and ERP integrations: QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero, Comatic, Bexio, and LexOffice.
- On the same platform I supported 20+ enterprise customers from onboarding through production and drove 5+ of them to go-live.
